Jackie Freedman of Delta-V Strategies LLC is very excited to become one of the very first consultants in North America to be certified in Peter Hunter's Breaking the Mould methodologies. While masquerading as a sustainable performance improvement process, Breaking the Mould's goal is to create employee engagement. It has been used with tremendous success at companies all over the world.
