Our History

While the name Delta-V Strategies may be new, we've been in business for over 12 years.  Why go through so much trouble just to change the name?  Although the name TimeWorks has served us well, it no longer reflects the work that we've been doing.  After some in-depth analysis of the business and considerable self-reflection (very similar to the strategy and leadership programs we use today), it became evident that we were serving clients much differently than we had a decade ago.

We began as a training and coaching company that focused on increasing the productivity of individuals and groups. The company grew by responding to customer needs and capitalizing on strengths.  Eventually, our passion around leadership and strategy led us to where we are today - focusing on company-wide engagements that strengthen leadership, transform culture and shape strategy.  

Feedback from clients, prospects and esteemed colleagues confirmed that our old identity no longer suited us.  So, we took a deep breath and decided to call attention to the company’s transformation with all-new marketing, branding and a new name - one that represents the essence of what we do.  Delta-V is a measure of the effort needed to change direction.  Click here to learn more about the meaning of this term.
