Every bird in a v-formation supports the effort of the bird behind it by creating an updraft.  This updraft enables the birds to fly further and faster.  The lead bird does not benefit from an updraft and flying in that position requires determination, resilience and a demanding combination of skills.

Our process works to create leaders who don’t just do things differently, but see things differently.  For leadership development to be truly transformational, it must go beyond traditional leadership training to include healthy doses of self-awareness and personal growth.   People emerge energized and confident, with a renewed understanding of themselves, their strengths and their ability to lead.
